With over 20 years in the industry, she’s built a reputation as one of the top music talent agents, crafting unforgettable, premium entertainment experiences. After nearly a decade at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Ruth founded 12SOUTH Entertainment in 2012—combining her expertise in talent booking, strategic partnerships, and high-caliber event production. From securing world-class artists to curating sponsorship opportunities and providing full-scale event solutions, she’s the go-to professional for clients who expect nothing but the best.
Growing up in Atlanta, a city bursting with culture and music, Ruth’s most cherished memories are sound tracked by live performances. That passion fuels her mission today: to help others create lifelong memories through seamlessly executed, high-impact entertainment experiences. Whether it’s a corporation looking to inspire its employees or a brand seeking to connect with its audience in an unforgettable way, Ruth ensures 12SOUTH Entertainment delivers beyond expectations.
When she’s not booking talent or taking in a live show, you’ll find Ruth skiing, exploring the beautiful landscapes of our national parks, and giving back to her community. In 2020, she launched The Ruth Gonzalez Foundation in honor of her father, Dr. Pablo E. Gonzalez. It is dedicated to supporting students in pursuit of secondary education. Through scholarships, the foundation aims to ease financial barriers and help the next generation step into their futures with confidence.
